Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt of your returned item. Notification of the approval or rejection of your refund claim may come at the same time.
If you are approved, then a refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your account – using the same credit card as used at purchase.

 

Partial refunds
In certain situations, only a partial refund can be granted (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons outside our error.
Any item that is returned later than 14 days after delivery.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Please note that it may take some time before your refund appears in your bank account.
If you haven’t received an approved refund by the expected due date, first please double-check your bank account and, if not there, please contact your bank.
