Returns Policy
Lintran commits to ensure that your order is delivered in good time and perfect condition. However, if, upon delivery you notice any damage, please contact us immediately, preferably on receipt or within 24 hours.
Eligibility
Our returns policy for ready-made boxes covers a period of 14 days from dispatch after which any claims cannot be met with any refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and delivered back to us within the 14-day period.
Please note: custom-made products are non-refundable.
Return of goods
No claims can be entered into until the items have been returned and thoroughly inspected by Lintran. Any items found to have been modified, tampered with, incomplete or showing any signs of damage or use will not be accepted back into stock under any circumstances.

Shipping costs
The customer is responsible for arranging the type and payment of the return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Lintran cannot be held responsible for any financial loss should the product be lost in return transit.
Any shipping costs incurred are strictly non-refundable.
Please note that, should you require Lintran to arrange collection, we can do so for a fee. Please contact us to discuss.
Claims
Please allow up to 7 working days for any claims to be processed.
Cancellation of order
Customers ordering a custom-made dog box have a 4-day cooling off period to cancel should they change their mind. Please note cancellations are subject to a restocking fee.
Ready-made boxes ordered online and in stock are usually dispatched within 24 hours. If you change your mind after placing an order, please contact us to find out if the order can be stopped.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt of your returned item. Notification of the approval or rejection of your refund claim may come at the same time. If approved, a refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your account using the same credit card as used at purchase.
In certain situations, a partial refund only may be given:
If any item returned is not in its original condition, is damaged or incomplete.
If any item is returned later than 14 days after delivery.
Please note: all refunds exclude the delivery cost that was applied at the time of ordering.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Please note that it may take up to 7 days before the refund appears in your bank account.
If you haven’t received an approved refund by the expected due date, first please double-check your bank account and, if not there, please contact your bank.
