Delivery
Whilst Lintran is a specialist provider of custom-built dog transit boxes, we also stock a wide range of ready-made boxes and accessories, all of which can be ordered and paid for online.
Our commitment is to ensure that your order is delivered in good time and perfect condition.
We are happy to deliver to your home address or place of work, whichever is more convenient. Please add the required delivery address when checking out online.

Delivery outside the UK
As standard, Lintran do not offer delivery outside of the UK for any product ordered online. Should such a delivery be required, please contact us via email at info@lintran.co.uk or by phone on 01673 885959.
Notification
When your order is ready to be dispatched, we will provide confirmation by telephone (or sometimes email) along with confirmation of the anticipated delivery date.
Lead-times
If your selected item is in stock, we usually dispatch within 24 hours. However, where a ready-made dog box or accessory item is not currently in stock, we aim to deliver within 7-10 working days.
Collection
Collections in person are one way to reduce the lead-time. If you prefer to collect directly from us, please contact us to arrange a suitable collection date.
Damage / shortfall
For smaller, non-signed-for deliveries, please check the item immediately and report any damages to us within 24 hours. Please keep the packaging until you have checked and are happy with the item in case it needs to be returned.
For any deliveries that require a signature, please thoroughly inspect the product before signing the carrier’s delivery note. In the event of any damage, please sign the carrier’s delivery note accordingly and refuse the delivery. Contact us and we will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible (subject to stock availability). If no suitable replacement is available for immediate dispatch we will advise you of our next available dispatch date.
In general, in the event of any damage or shortfall of product, please notify us at the time of delivery, otherwise claims may not be considered.
