All Lintran products purchased and paid for in full are covered by a 1-year warranty against product failure from date of shipping. Any product failure should be reported to us within the warranty period.

Lintran will credit or replace any faulty/damaged items that are deemed to have failed within the warranty or have been damaged in transit, which is no fault of the customer.

Warranty will be void if the product has been damaged due to misuse or destructive dogs. Moreover, as Lintran cannot control the environment where products are stored by the customer, we are unable to guarantee the surface coating used on the product.
